Weekly Maintenance Program

Includes:

  • Mowing of lawn areas
  • Bagging and removal of clippings
  • Maintaining edges along driveways,curb,walkways,and planting areas(mulch beds)
  • Blow off all driveways, walkways, sidewalks that may incurr debris from mowing

Fertilization Program

Includes:

  • Seasonal application program
  • Granular and liquid applications
  • Flea and tick applications
  • Grub control applications
  • Lime applications

Mosquito Spray Program

Includes:

  • 7 application program (April - October)
  • Apply organic mosquito and tick control by fogger to property to prevent mosquitoes
  • Applications are done every 4-5 weeks during the season

Mulching

  • Spread mulch in mulch beds or areas designated by the home/business owner

Pruning

Includes:

  • Pruning of ornamental shruberies and small trees and removal/ cleanup of all debris

Spring Cleanup

Includes:

  • Removal of all debris fallen into lawn and bed areas over the winter
  • Edging of all beds
  • Rake lawn areas to loosen debris and mow lawn

Fall Cleanup

Includes:

  • Cleanup and remvoal of leaves and other related debris
  • Can be done throughout Season or once at the end
  • Preform final cut of lawn for the season

You Rake 'Em We Take 'Em

Includes:

  • Removal of leaf piles created by the customer
  • Only pre raked piles will be cleaned up
  • Piles must be along the curb line of the property

Plantings/Landscape Design

Includes:

  • Consult home/business owner
  • Draw up landscape design using appropriate plantings
  • Plant flowers, bushes, shrubs, trees in accordance with consultaton

Lawn Renovations

Includes:

  •  Aeration of turf areas
  • Over seeding of turf areas
  • Slice seeding of turf areas

Hardscaping

  • Patios
  • Walkways
  • Walls
